Forecast Weather and Research Network

I’ve changed the satellite feeds to now use images from the National Center for Atmospheric Research (NCAR).  The images are now back up and running.

The link I was using to grab satellite imagery has been down for the past several days; as such, I’m proclaiming it dead.  I’ll work on finding a new source for imagery over the next few days.  Hopefully, the high resolution imagery over the southern plains will return in time for chase season.  *crosses fingers*

Over the next few days and weeks we will be working on improving the design and layout of the FORWARN website.  We will be adding a weather data portion to the website as well as better describing some of the research that is ongoing.  Please check back often as we continue to upgrade and improve this site!
